I'm not sure there's a good answer for this. We sort of live with it, and we kick the ball down the field and hope that ultimately, somehow, something will happen and resolve it.

That is mostly true in my case. I did not start watching at the beginning and then downloaded the first 4 seasons (have made it through 2 and a half in the past few weeks). I like it but I think I am not getting the the full effect because I am watching them all in a row on my lap top.
