Her successor (Jan Jenson) has been on her staff for ages ... so not really.

Looks like a few years under contract and a buyout beat out his ego.

Hopefully he’ll be able to get his hands on some credit cards to fund NIL deals.

It will wind up like Jimmy Dykes coaching the Arkansas women. Crash landing, but puts a little extra oomph in his bloviating when for all time he can play the “as a coach” card.

I honestly give Gottlieb a lot of credit. Never a fan of his radio show - its boring, he comes off as a smug know it all who always feels the need to remind the audience that he played basketball, has famous friends and lives a fantastic life in LA. Moving to Green Bay will eliminate one of them. Figured he'd end up with the CSUN gig or Long Beach and keep the radio gig. His show was cut to two hours, so its not big whoop. AND he won't be doing games on TV anymore - hell, don't know when the last time I saw GB outside of the tournament on TV.

Holding down a second job becomes a bad look the first time your team looks like it wasn't prepared.

Gottlieb was not a standout point guard at Notre Dame, he was barely passable. He averaged 5 ppg, shot 38 percent from 2, 25 from 3. He shot 47 (Forty-Seven) percent from the free throw line, making him a dead ass liability near the end of a close game -- they had to get him off the court.

The free throw shooting was not an aberration; he continued to shoot under 50 the rest of his career at OSU.

And oh yeah, stole a teammate's credit card and made multiple purchases.

One and done. The mid-major life is a grind and a jackass like that who has ridden the coattails of being a shitty point guard for nearly a quarter century now is not gonna put in the work, especially in fucking Green Bay.
