    I saw the Bucs gave Baker $8.5M when Minshew would've given them the same production for half the money and actually still offers a little upside.

    I disagree. Baker proved in LA he still has some life in him.

    I can see the case for going for Minshew if he's cheaper, but I'm not sure what upside you see in him that isn't there in Mayfield. Both have shown flashes of potential, but I don't think either is a guy you want to be your long-term starter. Mayfield is only a year older.
