Anyone read it yet? Written by Whitley Streiber, who has internet and radio projects going on with Art Bell, so pretty sure he's nutty as a loon. But I had wondered, before I read one of Streiber's other books, was Stephen King normal?

There were a few times when I got lost in the New Age/Extraterrestrial/Parallel Universe stuff, but it was entertaining and I polished it off in three afternoons at the beach. Some parts were scary as hell. Might make an interesting movie.

    Any thoughts.

The guy is batshit, and the difference between King and him is that King knows he's writing fiction. That said, if he's into fiction now then he's got a lot of imagination to work with to churn out something good.

Fruitcakes have a good imagination sometimes.
