...will be hosted by James Franco and Anne Hathaway.

    Great choices, IMO.

Interesting choices since he's a favorite to be nominated and she at least has an outside chance at a nomination.

They are about as good as it gets for their age group. Great choices.

I hope nudity is important in the script.

It's not a bad choice, but I'd rather see a comic do it.

I like them both, but ugh.

My hope is this means they won't really have to "perform" like they seem to want the comics that host to. Just introduce categories and presenters and perhaps be graceful and interesting in a few bits.

The show might be shorter. That'd be good.

I'm an 50-year-old guy and I have no idea who James Franco is. Have heard his name, but can't name anything he's been in.

But Anne Hathaway is gorgeous, and that's enough reason to watch.

See, in my mind's eye, Franco IS a comic. His comic timing is fantastic.

I think both have great comedic chops.

She's just about the only woman I'd consider leaving my wife for. (Wife also knows this, and doesn't exactly hide her displeasure.) Ms. Hathaway is smart, funny, classy, beautiful, cool enough to not take herself so seriously.

She's not unattractive, but she doesn't really get my motor running. Like Mizzou said, I'd prefer to see a comedian onstage.
