Thinks this news is bullshit.

 

Danger Jim, by the way, is en route to the OBX.

 

As long as he isn't up here. Once before a snowstorm, I pulled into a service area on Route 128 about a mile from my house to check what I thought was a low tire, and there was Cantore, setting up. Not a reassuring vision.

 

Does Cantore come off as a twit to anyone else? That's coming from someone who loves the Local on the 8's.

 

Is there anything more annoying that the assholes who put those "OBX" stickers -- or one of the million others, like "26.2" -- on the back of their cars? I'm pretty sure there isn't.

Congratulations. You vacation at the Outer Banks and can run a marathon. I'm so happy for you.

 

I always hoped that a piece of flying debris would knock Cantore down. Not hurt him, mind you. Just stun him a bit. I'd love to see it.

The lovely Miss Abrams was sporting her hurricane T-shirt on TWC this morning.

Unfortunately, it was a black T and it wasn't raining yet. Bummer.

She was in our city for a couple of days two weeks ago. A couple of folks I know who met her say she's quite attractive with less makeup on than she wears for television. One described her as "statuesque."

 

More than the breeze is stiff.
