Football, maybe you should come to Nova Scotia if you are looking for autumn. It is brutally cold here this morning.
Last night (overnight) there was frost and the temperatures, if lucky may get up to 10 degrees celsius.

    Autumn has arrived alright....

    50ºF?

Now THAT's what I'm talking about! That's not brutally cold. That's perfect football weather.

As long as the wind's not howling ... perfect drinking weather.

Hell, it's October, and someone died yesterday in the Chicago and Washington, D.C. Marathons.
And the brains (?) in power still say global warming isn't a problem. Like him or not, we may one day have to admit that Al Gore was smarter than we wanted to give him credit for.

It's supposed to hit 90 degrees where I am.

It feels like it we're destined to go straight from summer to winter, but not until like December 30.

92 today, 95 tomorrow, 85 on Wednesday. Hopefully that's the break we need, and it will continue to decrease from there.

My birthday was Saturday. I can't remember a birthday where a pool party would have been acceptable.
