If I get in, I think I'm the Davidson of SportsJournalists.com. That should account for my weak non-conference record.

This tournament is the only reason I post on SportsJournalists.com. You all have Angola to blame.

Does that mean you'll stop posting once it's over? I keed, I keed.

It depends on where I finish.

Since I already figured the brackets out and barely anyone is voting in the play-in game (much like the NCAA Tournament, no one cares about who will lose to the No. 1 overall seed), I changed the initial post and will post pairings tonight.

    And the rest?
I don't need to know where I'm playing, but even the NCAA lists the 1st-2nd round and regional sites in advance...

    **interesting**

    Mr. La!
Please tell those watching at home about why the sites were chosen; sticking with three sites in Texas and two in both Oregon and New York, instead of spreading them out around the country. Did large facilities such as the ones from last year decline to participate?

    Re: 2007-08 SportsJournalists.com March Madness

Because of extremely poor attendance at most of last year's larger sites, the committee felt it would be wise to hold the games in more intimate environments.
Also, studies show that a lot of SportsJournalists.com's fans live in Idaho, Texas and New York.
The South will be better represented in the following rounds to attempt to curry favor amongst the SEC crowd.

    Mr. Gola!
What of those in the midwest? That's a lot of travel for people living in basketball hotbeds such as Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Pennsylvania, et al...
will they also be represented in later rounds?
