What's everyone's best guess on voter turnout this year?

While the national press seems mighty worked up about this election, and our SportsJournalists.com political mandarins are all adither, are John and Jane Populi equally agitated? There's a lot to be said for apathy, inertia and local/global political exhaustion.

Give us your district by district, state by state, or national guesstimates for the 2006 midterms.

    New York 59%
    Ohio 68%
    National 52%

Weather looks mighty good for tomorrow. Advantage fair-weather voters.

As the resident weather freak, I guess I should point out that in some places, rain could play a big factor. Here in Virginia, they're calling for a lot of rain, and when that happens, the election then comes down to the truly committed to their cause. I suspect that means a bump for Allen, but I couldn't say for sure.
