Really, dude, you like "Sufferer and the Witness" more than "Siren Song Of The Counter Culture"? I don't think "Sufferer" really hits its stride until about the eighth song, "The Approaching Curve." After that, it gets really good. But "Siren" is really, really strong all the way through. Of course, that's just me. "Bleed American" is great, too.

How old are you? I ask this only because I've found people who like that type of music tend to be around the 20-26 range. Factor in the relatively old school television, and my guess is you're 25. I call that "the great age."

Mmm. Fair enough. IMO, that Thermals album covers the same territory and cuts some of the fat off the delivery. But to each his own, of course.

Well, yes, but see- I think there's more activism there than you're admitting. I find that whole Liars' album very political, but only in the abstract.

I own all but four of those albums (DMB, NIN, Audioslave, Linkin Park). You have excellent taste, sir.

My musical tastes are too mainstream for most of the albums listed here.

The only ones I'd even heard of were Green Day's and the Boss's.
