    Better than a vote for our modern-day Nero, fiddling while the American Rome burns.
    It's not like he cares about legacy in the traditional sense ... or he would have done just about anything else.
    No, he's measuring his legacy very differently- how much destructive "change" he can ordain.
    It's going to be a long 2 1/2 years with this guy.
