Burton Cummings may not have been a bad motherfucker but he was a great fucking singer. That boy had his own way to rock too. Tough to say what my fave Guess Who song is. Might be "Raindance" or "Star Baby".

JJ, I always thought the Who's live version of "Shakin' All Over" was the best. Years ago my brother was friends with a kid who's dad played drums on the Johnny Kidd and the Pirates version.

The Johnny Kidd original was pretty damn great but the Guess Who beats it largely due to the demented Chad Allan vocal and the raucous backup screams from the other guys.

To be honest, I've only ever heard the Live and Leeds version once and I wasn't overly impressed. A bit too psychedelic for my tastes.

My favourite Guess Who song with Burton as the lead singer was "Undun." Too bad they threw it away on the B side of "Laughing." It was a Top 25 hit in Billboard but it would have been much bigger had it been its own single. "Laughing," which is pretty good but not as good as its flip, went Top 10.

TWO Manitoba sheriff's officers are threatening to seek a court injunction that would order a local porn "actress" to remove a naughty homemade sex tape from her website.

But a lawyer representing Oshean, the self-described "XXX adult web star", is vowing to get down and dirty in the courtroom by fighting any censorship attempts.

Oshean's website reveals an explicit, 45-second clip of the video and encourages visitors to purchase a membership to see the entire romp. The website contains several other videos and promises: "No paid actors and no script... this is REAL reality porn."
