Maybe I'm getting a bit ahead of myself, but I noticed that Scoop's tab had been replaced by Tim Keown. Is there any significance to this? I'm sure it would make at least a few people happy around here if Scoop's done there ...

Not sure what you mean.

I think Ryan was being sarcastic and someone (crickets) is using the quote dishonestly for promotional purposes.

Sorry, gang.

This made my day!

Couldn't go another minute without a fantastic Scoop column -- this was a great read.

EDIT: Mr. Sneakie still won't let me turn my font blue ... sorry.

This has nothing to do with Scoop...but with the exception of Jordan, maybe Iverson and a few others, how much of a benefit do basketball players provide shoe companies? I would think Adidas owes more to Run-D.M.C. than T-Mac, in addition to the heavy influence of its fitness and soccer merchandise.
