Obviously, I'm not interested in doing much tonight. I've noticed that in my iTunes, there are several instances of same song, different artists.
A partial sampling:
'Round Midnight (Betty Carter, Miles Davis, Stan Getz)
(I Heard That) Lonesone Whistle (Townes Van Zandt, Hank Williams)
After You've Gone (Lionel Hampton, Nat King Cole)
Ain't Misbehavin' (Louis Armstrong, Nat King Cole, Ray Charles)
Blue Skies (Louis Prima, Tommy Dorsey, Willie Nelson)
But Not For Me (Ella Fitzgerald, Stan Getz/Chet Baker)
Cotton Tail (Duke Ellington, Harry James)
Down Hearted Blues (Bessie Smith, Bob Wills)
For the Good Times (Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson)
For brevity's sake, I'll stop at titles beginning with F. Anyone else? I find some of the juxtapositions amusing...
