Nothing like being dragged by police on national cable and having your pants come off. Either this guy has serious medical issues or he's acting like crazy because he keeps shaking.

Best thing about car chase coverage on TV is when the local anchors have no clue what freeway or even city the car chase is happening (there's lot of freeways, sure, but if you work in L.A./O.C. you've probably spent time on nearly all of them).
