Christmas Eve or Christmas day?

OK...maybe this is for the Christianity crowd only, but I thought I'd throw it out....

Which day makes you feel more spiritual....Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

I've always sensed Christmas Eve, what with the candlelight services and the uncanny stillness of the night after, say, 8 p.m. If I've seen a change in the last 10 years, that "tradition" is changing. I was out at 9:30 last Christmas eve and city streets had almost a typical run of traffic.

The candlelight services on Christmas Eve can usually be pretty moving, much more so than the Christmas Day services, although with so many people going to the night gathering, it gets to be a bit much.

For sheer spirituality, Good Friday and Holy Saturday are much more moving times.
