Can't see this packing 100,000, not even 10,000, and maybe 1,000.

A little over the top to me, and I can't see the rental being a good transaction for the bowling association.

Well, since the record for a bowling event is something like 7,800, I don't think "not even 10,000" would be a letdown for them.

This is a JerryTron event only. With the parameters of a bowling pin set, watching from the luxury suites would be like finding a football in a pile of playes.
Except, of course, for the JerryTron.

Obviously, I was there working the event... pretty cool setup and a rare treat for those of us in bowling. We did an event at Miller Park back a few years ago. The event has generated some nice press for the sport and it's very rare for more than 6,000 people to watch a bowling event. Made for some good pictures, which you can find here if you're interested: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150308812685336.381568.185393210335
