Lindsay Vonn medaling at 40 after retiring in 2018 is amazing to me.

Of course the most amazing now IMHO is what LeBron is still doing.

Your thoughts on who else?

LeBron has masked how amazing what Steph Curry has been doing at his age. He’s obviously not the supernatural physical specimen that LeBron is, but for a 37 year old smallish guard to be playing the way he has is unreal.

LeBron will hit or get close to 60,000 career NBA minutes by the end of the season. No active player is within 13,000 minutes of his total, while he's still one of the 10 or so best players. Incredible.

With his recent passing, I'm reminded how unbelievable George Foreman's comeback was; I mean, seriously, a 48-year-old guy winning the heavyweight title?
Realizing that Tom Brady, as much as I rooted against him, maintained his elite play into his mid-40s is pretty incredible.

I watched Ove closely on his recent visit to Anaheim. Yes, an amazing player with an amazing shot. But he looked like Selanne at the end of his career. He can shoot and make good passes. He is helpless on defense, can't forecheck, can't win board battles and the other team can easily take the puck away from him.
I hope he gets the record and I really hope he gets it this season, so it doesn't linger on and be a continuous topic of conversation all offseason.
