HR 1626 came up on the floor in Congress, congratulating Albert Pujols for winning the MVP Award, oh, eight months ago.

You would think we had much more serious ship going on right now.

Considering they were also talking about flag-burning and that ridiculous Stalinist war resolution, I wish they'd spent MORE time on Albert.

Having worked for a legislature and seeing how the pulled pork is made (and delectably served), I believe the average person would be appalled at how badly they're being misrepresented by their elected officials.

When I see this, I remember that these are the same people who pashed the Patriot Act.
