True, true. I think the argument for Verlander depends on how much you want to count leverage / pressure situations. He's done pretty, pretty, pretty well in the postseason and in pennant races, but it's hard to "fault" Hernandez for his team not being good ever. Right now, I'd put it at a push for the two, and it's not like one will get in but the other one won't if they continue at their current paces.
No, oop is right. Hernandez is better. I'm surprised. I guess, subconsciously, those wins still get in your head.
