    Because NASCAR owns IMSA. And the Rolex 24 started today, and the Cup champion is in the race. (somewhere) And also because Magnus Racing — the outfit with the best-tuned sense of humor in all of motorsports — entered this Acura NSX in the GT Daytona clash, and it deserves to be seen.

    RIP Bill Simpson

    A lot of race drivers are alive today because of Bill Simpson and his safety products. Particularly when it came to dying from fire. Nomex. Crash helmets. Safety belts. He pushed everyone in the industry to do better. And NASCAR basically tried to ruin his company after the Earnhardt crash...
