Have one I made maybe 10 years ago that all of our guys use. It's progressive by carry, catch, etc and has grids for rushing yards, paassing yards, receiving yards, fisrt downs, fumbles/lost and penalties. It's on 8 1/2x11 card stock with grids on both sides. Once possession changes, just flip...
