    Yes, it's the Sandusky Register. Hardly a "resort" town, other than Cedar Point is there. This would be a decent job for the right candidate. They let their SE go this past week. It's around 25,000 circulation and I think they have 3 guys in sports, including the SE.

    My theory on this is that many of the people who have been promoted to managerial positions are not leaders in any sense of the word. Many times they've been there the longest. An occasional, "Hey, that was a good lede," can go a long, long way.
