    i'm desperate, so i'm turning to you.

    i'm the late guy in the newsroom at my paper, and i'm trying to publish stories online, but our system, zope, is down.

    no one, and i mean no one, has a number for tech support for them. and a number listed on their web site does nothing (lots of voicemail).

    hell, i don't even know if i should be calling corporate people before zope, that's how much up the creek i am.

    does anyone here use zope and, if they do, does anyone know a way of getting tech support for them?

    We use Zope, yet I have no idea how to reach anyone in tech support. Sorry and good luck!

    zope is a content management systems used by some chains, including gatehouse. the issue resolved itself after a couple hours, but it made for a late night for me.
