Next month, I have to attend a training session to learn a program called Zope that will allow us to put our own content online.
In the past, we'd just send our Word documents to online editors who would post the content on the paper's Web sites, but with the recent change in ownership, the print editors are now going to be required to do it ourselves.
    Does anyone here use Zope?
How easy/hard is it to learn?

    Well, I don't know Zope.

But basic HTML and editing for the Web is pretty straightforward and easy to learn. Basically, for every start code, you have an end code (just like on this site).

You shouldn't have any trouble making the transition.

    There's no hope in zope.

Interesting; apparently written with Python. Lots of info out there: "Google shows 13,700,000 English pages for zope."
