    Do you make money selling the stuff or getting others to sell? If it is getting other people to sell, GET OUT.

    Over the many years Amway was all the rage, I must have had a billion people try to get me to SELL Amway. No one offered to actually sell me any Amway. I was at a buddy's joint in Atlanta and noticed he had some Amway laundry detergent. First time I'd ever seen an Amway product - and he said it was actually pretty good.

    Wasn't there some long-distance phone deal about 20 years ago that a lot of coaches (and some reporters) got involved with, some with a good bit of success?

    Generally, these things make a few people some money and a lot of people nothing.
