    Try this:
    Take two pieces of bread.
    Smear some Italian dressing on one piece.
    Then layer some good lunch meat, cheese, onions, spinach/romaine/arrugula and hot peppers on the piece of bread.
    Top with the other piece of bread.

    I don't know what they call it, but it's delicious.
