I could start a thread on that McMurphy story alone. Man, I'm not sure how I feel about that one.

 

I'd read that story. I'm not sure about that one.

It's looking like McMurphy may have stepped in shit on this one.

 

Urban threatening "legal action."

As if Urban Meyer would ever open the door to having his words recorded under oath.

 

I tend to agree with this.
Although I wouldn't trust Urban Meyer to tell me that the sun was shining.

 

I’m really sure that this story is way too long and filled with irrelevant details. He has plenty of people on the record saying this incident did not happen. Way too much hearsay. Ultimately unworthy of the detail and length.
Given all that has transpired, it reads like a personal grudge by the author.

 

Or he knows it’s bullshit and is goading Meyer before he springs something bigger - and concrete - on him.

 

I hope not. Journalism shouldn’t be a game of chicken.

 

Reading that story was, as Casey Kasem once said, ponderous, man. Fucking ponderous.
