Statistics show there's an even money chance that the father didn't even know the kid was born.

  3. If I didn't know better, I'd say the famous "race card" just got played here.

    From the archives:

Baskerville Holmes (mom/parents a fan of Sherlock Holmes?)
    Fennis Dembo.
There were two athletes in the St. Louis area back in the 70s. One was named Grayling Tobias. The other was named Alphonso Flyingcloud Jr. Always thought they'd make a great back court.

White people can be just as a big a bunch of idiots in naming kids, but they seem to graviate towards the acting profession: i.e. Dweezil Zappa, Chastity Bono, Apple Paltrow, etc. Wasn't there an actor's kid named Moonbeam or some such?

Drugs have probably had a bit to do with that.

Rutgers back up QB Jabulani Lovelace
Rutgers women's basketball player Epiphanny Prince

And Fennis Dembo has a twin sister named Fenise!

''My twin sister and I were the 11th and 12th kids in our family, and my mother wanted to be finished with having kids after that. So she named us Fennis and Fenise.''
