It's as shady as you'd expect a website devoted to illegal gambling to be, but to boil it down, a bookie says Winston's former high school teammate Chris Rabb had a limit of $1,000 total and $400 on any one game. All of the sudden he wants to go $5,500 on Louisville +1 for the first half. Nails it!

I don't expect FSU to take any of this seriously, but hell hath no fury like a bookie duped.

ETA: Here is Clay Travis on it. He writes that "several major sites are investigating the allegations as I write this."

I'll be curious how much (if any) play this gets in the regular media.

Clay Travis's hard-on for Jameis Winston is really quite something.

About as fascinating as the obsession SEC diehards have with Florida State.

Not saying there's nothing to this, but not only is that site shady, but the guy who wrote the original report is about as a slimy as bloggers get:

Clay has never seemed to forgive FSU for breaking his beloved SECs national championship streak.

Google news shows story has no traction yet. Travis and a Kentucky blogger the only references I found.

    Updates to the IBN story:

*Update* Western Union paperwork with Jameis Winston's name accepting cash before Thursday's game vs Louisville "Allegedly" being shopped around to major media outlets.

*NOTE* Anyone citing the fabricated agenda ridden article from David Purdum should also make sure to read this article ---> http://ibnsportswrap.com/article.php?articleID=837 which will explain his motives and also debunk all his baseless claims with actual documented FACTS! Post in those cute little forums, seems some actually think David Purdum never was the man behind the creation of the biggest internet "Gambling" scam of this decade... but he's credible huh (LOL) agenda's & $$$$ will make people write some pretty good fantasy articles.
