    Believe it or not, the song that got everybody on the dance floor at my son's wedding last fall was REM's "It's The End Of the World As We Know It."

    If you need more suggestions:

    You could use "Tequila" by the Champs and dance Pee-Wee Herman style:


    Others you could use:
    "Twist & Shout" - The Beatles (or Isley Brothers)
    "Shout" - Otis Day & the Knights
    "Dancing With Myself" - Billy Idol

    or if you really want to go for laughs..
