Coaches have mixed results with restaurants, eh? Wonder how Geno Auriemma will fare with his fare at Mohegan Sun.

Now that's how you use the quote function. ;D

They serve burgers like that at OU games, and they were a staple of my gameday agenda.

Clearly before I moved to Austin and stopped having OU gameday agendas.

I love how so many people are "better" than the mall.

I was not aware that rest stops in the rest of the country (or at least some parts) had food options. Here in nor cal we generally have a broken snack vending machine, a soda pop machine, and very fragrant restrooms. And they are in the middle of nowhere.

    I gotta get out more.

You are, too. You just don't know it yet.

You forgot the signs about the rattlesnakes.

They tend to have food (and gasoline) on toll roads back east because you'd have to pay a toll to get off, then back on again.

Back in my college days when I ate mall food, it was Cinnabon, the Philly steak sandwich place and, yes, Sbarro.
No Chik-Fil-As where we are. I've had it once or twice on the road, but not enough to give it the shining reviews you all have.
Last time I ate a Philly Steak, it was great, but I had a little tummy trouble. Oh well.

Chicago just got its first Chik-Fil-A. It's on Chicago, right around the corner from the Water Tower.

I drove by it yesterday, and it was packed to the gills:

Best fastfood restaurant there is. Period. If you get a chicken biscuit for breakfast one morning, hopefully your doc will prescribe you some lipitor because that shit is as addictive as opium, and just as good.

Chick-Fil-A is no longer food court food, is it?

All the ones I've seen now are freestanding ones.

Food court food is nasty. Just thinking of eating at a mall disgusts me.

Overpriced. And Praise Jesus it's closed on Sundays.

The sweet iced tea is fantastic.
