    Here's how it works. Go into your iTunes and find all of the place name songs and see how many places you have accounted for. It has to have the proper name of a city, state/province, country, or continent in it.

    Regions don't count, nor does something that references a place like, say, Rod Stewart's Italian Girls. However, China Girl by David Bowie does work.
