Your H.O.F. will induct managers, too, won't it? I'd say Tony LaRussa belongs in that inaugural group. Couldn't have gotten there without Canseco and McGwire.

Given that 22 of those mentioned in the Mitchell Report played for the Yankees at various times between 1996 and 2000, do we add St. Joe Torre to the list?
