KISS does deserve to be in, but I should note in an industry where good-looking, no-talent hacks are routinely pawned off on the unsuspecting public, the Hall of Fame list seems to show a distressing preference for talent over popularity.

    Ace Frehley vs. Hendrix.
    Wow.

    You got that right.

Wow is right. Fonzie just cleared the shark and 14 garbage cans in the same leap.

    Fuck KISS and Rush.

    That is all...

  8. KISS and Rush should both be in the HOF.

But the most glaring omission has got to be Chicago.

The only criteria for admission, it appears, is if Jann Wenner likes you. He's hated Chicago since 1969.

Is Jann The Wiener the head of the selection committee?

Chicago started off pretty good: 25-to-3 or 6-to-4, Saturday In the Park, Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is, etc.
then got sappy in the early 80s: Hard to Say I'm Sorry, You're the Inspiration, Stay the Night..

But Chicago fans are the crazy ones... booing (not "Bruuucing") Springsteen in 1973 when he was their opening act for a dozen shows.

Chicago has to lead the league in "contemporary" songs performed by high school marching bands.
