    No way. I don't think a horse can run a quarter in 25 seconds.

    This is impossible. The national high school record is round about 45 seconds depending on your source.

    EDIT: I think you misread the source. She ran the 200, not the 400, in 22 seconds.

    I meant the total time for the four was 30 seconds slower than the HS record.

    Did the announcer mention the that one of the anchors was an Olympic runner? I swear I heard something like that, but I couldn't get which runner he was talking about. At first I thought it was the first runner to overtake yellow. The winner being the Olympic runner makes more sense, though.

    He said "future Olympian" and was referring to steeplechaser Michele Finn, who was the runner who rigged so badly.
