At first I thought this happened in Philadelphia and she's a Phillies fan, but then I heard it was in Pittsburgh. Maybe oop knows her.

If you can, go back and listen to his chat with DP this morning.

The DP interview was great. He went back to his hotel and called his wife, obviously shaken.

Then worked the plate -- "Where on every pitch, I see the Roberto Clemente Bridge in the background."

Great story. Good on him -- but I'd hope anyone of us who comes across that situation could jump up and do the right thing. I think his years of umpiring was instrumental in keeping things under control because that's how officials are trained and should perform: Be calm, cool and collected and not let things blow up into a 10,000-acre wildfire.

So if Angel Hernandez comes to town for a weekend series, put mattresses under the tallest landmark?

She thought she would be rich when she got found a Jack Ham Iron City beer can at a yard sale.
Then she found out everyone has that one.
    Very depressing.

That's like the Bear Bryant Coke bottles in Alabama. They're in every little home shrine to the Bear, and you can hardly walk into an antique store without seeing a six pack of them.
