    Phila,

    Best thing I can tell you for working late (I do it too): Buy some of those 100-calorie snack packs. They're not great for you (depending on what you buy) but I always find my problem is in overeating. So those come pre-portioned. I usually pack a couple sammiches, a banana, an orange, maybe some cottage cheese, two bottles of water and some 100-calorie packs of things like Cheese Nips and Oreo Crisps. Little snacks to get you through. I figure it's better than hitting the vending machine at work.

    I'm currently six mini cake donuts and a two cups of apple cider.
