When I holed out on 18 to finish, I really wanted to stand up in the office and shout out my accomplishment. I looked around for someone, anyone, to share it with. Then it dawned on me that it might not be in my best interests to tell everyone I'd been playing computer golf in the office for the past hour.

Also, my mouse was sweaty from the nerves, and that was gross.

I believe I celebrated in silence with a Mountain Dew because it was the closest thing I had to a green jacket.

Just shot a 71 on my first time. Took a 6 on the last hole, 7 on No. 4 and 10s on Nos. 11 and 17. Damn slopes.

  3. wow. shot 35 on the front and 85 on the back.

This thread inspired me to go back to the original miniputt game from that old SportsJournalists.com thread (the good version is at http://nata2.info/d/flash/f/miniputt.swf). Let's see if anyone can match my score:

41 on first try. Three aces, two 4s ... nothing over 4.

The last hole: 3. As someone said, it's not that hard.

I'm better than Cole Hamels. At least at the original putt-putt.
