Fenian -- Another law and order question for you -- I watched most of the marathon yesterday (another one on June 11th by the way) but I fell asleep last night about 40 minutes into the one where a white supremacist group of teens kills a girl in Central Park and McCoy tries to prosecute the leader of the movement for his hateful speeches which in part he alledges incited the teens to kill the girl.

Does McCoy win or lose this case? (it is another one I haven't seen, which is a rarity because I've seen just about every episode before these last two seasons.)
