    I quits (refined) sugar a month ago...I'm already down from a size 38 jean to 36. It's amazing how much of a change that made on its own.

    One advantage of low carb is that fats and protein can help you control hunger better.

    If you're obese and without a mobility-altering disability, you remain obese every single day through poor dietary/mobility decisions.

    If you're poor, you likely remain that way every single day through poor decisions in the long-term.

    I don't think there's any diet, or lifestyle change, or procedure that would ever be recommended without also including regular exercise -- at least not if it's going to work in the long term.
