    If my memory is right, the first Austin Powers kind of sneaked up on everyone. There was little hype before it premiered. I remember going to see it on a whim on opening night and laughed till I cried. Of course, the franchise exploded from there. I think the first one is brilliant.

    I think Myers has a reputation as being such a pain in the ass that he may have trouble getting anything greenlit if it doesn't have Wayne's World, Shrek or Austin Powers in the title... To be fair, how many actors can boast that they're the top name on two (arguably three) successful franchises?

    The Love Guru is up there as one of the worst movies of all-time.
