I read his magazine and I think a lot of people here do as well.

I've never met Chris Jones, but a friend who knows him a bit describes him as "angry and aggressive".

I had never heard of Raab until the Chris Rock interview. Then I went back and found a story he wrote about weighing 380 pounds.

The Raab portion of this is mysterious to me. Does he read Jones' blog so closely that as soon as his name appeared, just in passing, he was there to jump into the fray? Seemed strange.

Gregg Doyel helped him set up his Google alerts?

Maybe it's contrived like they do on radio to promote all day listening. Nothing like a trumped up dispute between the morning drive guy and the afternoon guy to keep 'em listening.

I remember the thread about Jones's Ricky Williams piece, he came on here acting much like it was the second coming of Frank Sinatra Has a Cold. It wasn't and when some of us told him, he took major umbrage.

Jones and Whitlock both left for the same reason - they were tired of getting trolled repeatedly.

And jgordon, don't you have your own message board to post your rants?

    Emoticons Go Wrong.

Damn, how I miss the pay-per-view movie selections at the Marriott.

"Emoticons Gone Wild 3: Spring Break" is a keeper. Or so I've heard.

This thread sure took on a life of its own, didn't it?

Inks, you know you're a fave. But let's not revise too much. Whitlock spoiled for fights here, and was paid off and then some in that quest. As for Jones, was there truly much else besides the somewhat silly" he wrote it for ESPN" business?
