    Really?

I always assumed if you cut him, Velveeta would ooze out of the wound.

Glad to see ESPN could see to it to put this game on ESPNU - where it could get as big of an audience as possible

24-24 late in the first half. Six of the 48 points (interception return) scored in the east end zone. Crazy game, and not because of the west-only offense.

ESPN is pushing to make ESPNU a big deal. I was really ticked off months ago when DirecTV flip-flopped ESPNU and ESPN Classic. I never watch ESPNU -- well, today is the first time -- because I don't feel compelled to watch a bunch of Bucknell vs. Harvard lacrosse and stuff like that.

But I used to enjoy a lot of stuff on Classic. Now that it's in the 600s (614) where I rarely venture, I've watched Classic for probably a total of two hours in the last four months. And that's not intentional, it's just that when you call up the guide while you're in the 200s, it doesn't cross your mind.

Yup, I remember Moddy posting tons about it in last year's bowl thread.

Makes you wonder how many Talladega could hold for the Iron Bowl.

Apparently, the real farce was Northwestern's defense.

The home team loses again at Wrigley. Just like old times.

Maybe not Wrigley, but how about Soldier Field:
