Unfortunately, no. Never saw the hog again. Spent many a teary night thinking about our short time together. The sound and smell of frying bacon will always take me back to those magical moments we spent together on U.S. Highway 59 between U.S. Highway 20 and Iowa State Highway 175. :'(

Two years ago, two weeks before my wedding, I was told last minute I needed to drive an hour to the paper we were merging with to help them.
I hit some loose gravel or something on the road or something, lost control of the car and totalled it in a one car wreck. Police and ambulance drivers were telling me I was lucky I wasn't injured.

Paper gave me nothing. I had to pay my $500 deductable and wait until I got back from my honeymoon to get the insurance check and a new car.
Was sore as hell for the few weeks before the wedding.
