Wrath of God snow coming to where we normally do not have wrath of God snow

    I've NEVER seen a dead rat in a concourse or hallway in Philly and I've been riding public transportation for more than 40 years. I have seen many live ones though.

    The stop nearest the baseball stadium. Summer of 2007, I think. JayFarrar was there, he saw them too.

    Oregon Avenue is the stop. Very well lit and and pretty clean in my dealings there. Apparently, I've been catching them on good days for years.
