Dude, if you're making porn now, or any time after the late 80s, early 90s, and you DIDN'T demand condoms, then you're a terrible person with no regards for your own life.
    My god.

No one wants to watch porn with condoms. It's like forcing all action movies to include a disclaimer that "Remember folks, this is just a movie. Please don't shoot anyone" everytime someone gets shot at on screen.

Not the same thing at all.

Then the losing side always gets some Federal judge to overturn it.

I bet I know who supports this ballot measure the most:

The Ventura County Chamber of Commerce; once this becomes law, look for all the pornmakers to pack up their productions and drive up the 101 about 30 miles from Reseda to Camarillo and go bareback again.

Porn studios will make a great addition to the Camarillo Outlet Mall.

Exactly. It makes it...tacky? If the people in the porn aren't worried about it, then surely I'm not.

My point was that they should be worried about it.

Instead of being called the "Safer Sex In The Adult Film Industry Act," shouldn't it be called the "Anti Transmission Measure"?

No worries about this ballot initiative, or no worries in general?

There are oral condoms, too. I wonder if those are covered

At least it's not anti-transmissiony. I don't want to know about any green liquid in this instance.
