If that's a gang hit, then that 17-year-old shooter must be a marksman of the highest order. I'm talking he makes Annie Oakley look like a hack. Because he'd have to be the greatest pistol shot alive to intentionally hit a femoral artery on a moving target. I guess he intentionally missed with the second shot to throw everybody off his freakishly accurate shooting.

Anyone who's emotionally messed up enough to be OK with breaking into a person's house multiple times AND carry a piece is someone who probably isn't thinking or planning real well either.

Sometimes there's just no real reason. Just sadness.

 

It's far scarier for the average law abiding citizen to contemplate random acts of violence. than in targeted attacks.
