Also, what are we going to call baby horses who are force-fed and never allowed to move? Other than delicious ...

I haven't tried horse yet but will whenever I have the opportunity.

Also have had bison, elk, antelope, moose, deer, rattlesnake, squirrel, rabbit, turtle, turkey, waterfowl, quail, pheasant, dove, whale, boar, bear, numerous fishes and shellfish, squid, octopus, grasshoppers and gator, along with pork, beef and chicken.

The world is a big buffet. Pull up a chair and enjoy.

We had a farm in the country. We paid a butcher to slaughter one cow each year.

Horse D'ourves Salesman: Get your piping hot horse burgers, horse fries, horse cakes and shakes! We got tongue, straight from the horse's mouth!
    Leela: Hmmmmm.
    Hermes: It all sounds good.
Horse D'ourves Salesman: All our horses are 100% horse-fed for that double-horse juiced-in goodness.
Leela: I'll have the cholesterol-free omelet with horse-beaters.
Horse D'ourves Salesman: And you, sir? How can I horse you?
Hermes: I'll have a horse Coke.
Horse D'ourves Salesman: Horse Pepsi okay?
    Hermes: Neigh.

    Whoa Nellie Barbeque. Hell yes!

If they can eat dog in Korea, I see no problem eating horses.

I would eat THICK RED JUICY FINGER-LICKING-GOOD meat while I mock vegetarians.

I have eaten horse. It was served to me at a French language camp in Switzerland when I was a teenager. It didn't taste like chicken.
