Judge releases man charged with killing wife's attempted rapist

The case sounds like textbook manslaughter to me. The assault on the wife was over and the assailant had retreated from the home. I wouldn't blame a jury for nullifying the charges in a case like this. Shades of Bernie Goetz.

 

Feel like there's more to this story. It seems to cut and dry. I guess I've watched too much
Law and Order.

 

Couldn't the guy just shoot him with a tranquilizer?

 

Fuck this guy who tried to rape the woman. I'm glad that piece of shit got killed and died in a fairly painful way.

This isn't manslaughter or assault, it isn't a crime.

It is taking out the trash.

I wish it happened far more often.
